NO ALOHA! I called, the doctor answered, and I very politely asked him a question about our young goat. He answered in a very rude tone, "I don't deal with large animals," and hung up on me. Not what I was expecting from a doctor here in Hawai'i.

Would rate zero stars if could. The man that answered the phone was extremely rude when I was asking a question about services then proceeded to hang up on me. Seems like a miserable guy that I wouldn’t want my pets anywhere near.

I would rate zero stars if I could. So incredibly rude and unprofessional when I spoke to him on the phone to ask questions about my injured cat. What's the sense of being an on-call, emergency vet if you decline to help a pet in need?! Don't waste your time even considering going to him.
