Dr. Grune has been VERY helpful with my fearful and anxious Malinois with IBD, allergies & behavioral issues. The most comforting thing was seeing how much my dog likes him. She's not good with most people but she went up to him like he was her long lost friend! Wow! Additionally, I find the staff to be exceptionally friendly, diligent, highly communicative and always showing concern. I live in Ocean View and have delt with practically every vet in Kona and they're all terrible with receptionists that are snarky, clueless and impatient. It's WELL WORTH the extra driving time to Keeau to receive such excellent personalized care. Their resonable pricing helps a lot too. Keep up the good work BIPCC and I'll keep driving! :-)

These doctors and staff are very compassionate and take the time to explain their procedures and recommendations for our two elderly chihuahuas. Prices are reasonable for our finances and conveniently located in HPP.

Most caring, sweet Vet you can have. He treats my kids exactly the way I do and I love that. My cat was having a rash under his coat. His diagnosis was 100% on point. Cat healed 7 days later with what he prescribed. The office is a very calm clean place. Staff is caring and loving toward the animals.🤙🌺❤
