We feel so grateful to have North Shore Veterinary Clinic caring for our pet. The entire team is kind, calm, and genuinely compassionate with animals, which makes every visit feel really supportive. Dr. Susan has been incredible so knowledgeable, thoughtful, and gentle in the way she approaches care. You can truly feel how much she cares about the animals she treats. Emily has also gone above and beyond for us. She’s always been so helpful, patient, and kind whenever we’ve needed guidance or support. It means so much to have a veterinary clinic we trust completely. We’re really thankful for everything this team has done for our pet.

Dr. Susan and the entire crew are so amazingly sweet, knowledgable, talented, and go above and beyond with our rescue dog. They fit him in last minute when he was attacked by 2 dogs, and then again when he had a medical emergency at midnight. They also responded to emails and texts after hours when we needed them -- could not be more grateful! The price may be higher than other clinics, but operating a business in Kilauea is the furthest from inexpensive, the staff is incredible, the building is so lovely and well taken care of. It really is reasonable and 100% worth it to have them here on the North Shore. KNSAC is the best!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Susan and the entire team at North Shore Animal Clinic in Kilauea are truly incredible. When my 7-month-old pup, Beau, got into a dead chicken and developed botulism, we rushed in for emergency care. Dr. Susan immediately began supportive treatment with such calm confidence and genuine compassion. From the moment I left him there, I could tell he was in the very best hands — surrounded by people who truly love animals. The next day — a day the clinic is normally closed — Dr. Susan and her amazing team came in just to continue Beau’s care. She not only treated him medically but also took the time to educate me on what to expect, how to support his recovery, and gave me hope when I needed it most. It’s now been about five days, and Beau is finally starting to make a real recovery. I know without a doubt that her quick action, kindness, and dedication saved his life. Dr. Susan, you are a gift to this island — thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my boy.
