We had such a wonderful experience here with our sweet kitty, Simba. They were able to get us in for an appointment right away, which meant so much during a stressful moment. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and friendly. Dr. Jim was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel confident and at ease. The cost of the appointment also felt very fair for the level of care we received. I know there are some mixed reviews, but our experience was nothing short of excellent. We’re so grateful for the kindness and support we received—highly recommend. Thank you again!

Charged my family 200$ for my sick cat, just for them to not know what was wrong. The cat ended up dying anyway

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! They admitted they didn't perform a actual diagnosis on our cat but guessed that it was a possible infection and prescribed medications. Then charged us for care and diagnosis.

My dog hates the vet. This vet did the best job I've ever seen trying to help train that fear away. The vet even came out after the appointment to sit around and shower my dog with some love so hopefully next time he's a little less nervous to visit.
